Two Ridgewood students received Superior ratings and three received Excellent ratings at the 2010 State Science Day. 

Anuj Devatha received an honorable mention for the American Water Works Association Award at State Science Day 2010 and won a cash prize.

Huda Ahmed and Nicole Pavlatos both received 1st place for the Interdisciplinary Research Award at State Science Day 2010 and received a plaque, a one-year subscription to American Scientist, an invitation to the annual banquet in May, and a cash prize. 

Four of the five DAR winners in 2010 were Ridgewood students.

Two Ridgewood graduates were recently selected by the staff at Springfield High School to attend the HOBY leadership conference at Xavier University.

Several past Ridgewood students and graduates of Ridgewood recently earned Superior ratings at the High School State Science Fair in 2009.

Two Ridgewood students have qualified for the Power of the Pen State Competition in 2009.

Five Ridgewood students earned Superior ratings at the State Science Fair in 2009, and six recent graduates have qualified for the Science Fair from their high schools in 2008-2009.

Two Ridgewood students, Kristin Campbell and Nadia Syed, were nominated by their teachers based on excellence in academics, maturity, and leadership potential, and through the Junior National Young Leaders Conference, they were invited to and attended the 2009 Presidential Inauguration.

Ridgewood graduates have been recognized as Valedictorians of North High School, South High School, and Miami Valley School.

Ridgewood graduates have been recognized as Salutatorians of Kenton Ridge High School, North High School, and South High School.

A Ridgewood graduate achieved a perfect ACT during his senior year of high school.

Ridgewood students have been recognized as American Mathematics Competition Regional Winners.

The Ridgewood Science Olympiad team has placed in the top 10 in Ohio numerous times.

Ridgewood students frequently place in Daughters of American Revolution essay contest.  In 2009, four Ridgewood students won first place in their divisions.

A Ridgewood graduate who is a violinist has performed at Carnegie Hall, and has twice received full scholarships to attend The Kennedy Center/National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute, both in 2008 and 2009.

Acceptance at prestigious boarding schools across the country, including Culver Military Academy (IN) & Emma Willard School (NY).
