Ridgewood School’s annual Hearts and Hands Auction

Ridgewood School will present its annual “Hearts and Hands Auction”, chaired by Jade and Anastasios Gianakopoulos, on March 5, 2010.  The event will take place at Ridgewood School gymnasium and will begin with a social hour and silent basket auction at 6:00 p.m. Dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. and a live auction will be conducted, starring Curtis Mumma. 

Each year Ridgewood’s “Hearts and Hands” silent and live auctions bring interesting items and experiences donated by families and friends.  Past silent and live auctions have featured exciting trips, autographed memorabilia, jewelry, artwork, and even tickets to sporting events.  There will be tempting hobby and food baskets and even recreational experiences, such as local theater tickets, restaurant gift certificates, and more.  And, don’t miss entering the raffle this year!  The evening of the event, we will be drawing a name to win an Apple Ipod Touch 8-GB (2^nd generation). 

The Hearts and Hands Auction is the key annual fundraiser of Ridgewood School.  This event’s proceeds will provide key funding for the school such as scholarships and academic enrichment programs.  Ridgewood enhances students’ learning in many ways, including the musical instrument program, Science Olympiad, and the foreign language program.  Please join the Ridgewood community and do your part to carry on the Ridgewood tradition.  Here are some of the ways you can help:
